History

Since the club’s charter in 1956 helping our local, national & international communities has been at the forefront of our club’s vision. 

We engage with our local community by creating Quarry & Chesher Parks, supplying baby books to new parents, participating in Clean Up Australia, and hosting the Men’s Health Education Caravan.   
 
We strongly support our local youth through such programs as:-
 · National Youth Science Forum
· Youth Enrichment Programs
· Driver awareness programs
· Tertiary Scholarships
 

Over the past ten years, nearly $300,000.00 has been given to worthy causes, a vast majority within our local area.  Below are just of few of those who have benefited from our club’s financial support:-

· Various youth programmes

Whether it be our local schools, bushfire recovery, water filters for Timor, toilets in the Philippines, or helping to eradicate polio, we are there to assist financially or with hands-on help.
